Ruchita (bride) got in touch with us via online with a clear vision of celebrating her destination wedding in Goa. Sourcing the right venue was a task as most of them got sold out on the December dates. Finally after a careful research, the venue was finalized and then we began planning the beautiful events. From mehendi to sangeet, haldi to the wedding ceremony – every event had a different vibe of its own. Ruchita and Abhishek tied the knot in an intimate lakeside ceremony in Goa. With Beautiful weather, dreamlike backdrop and happy people November ’22 witnessed the romantic wedding of Pooja and Tony in Thailand Two wedding styles, five events, fantastic set ups, gala feasts, amazing music and lots of love and laughter made this wedding in Thailand a grand success.
Pooja and Tony carefully planned the aesthetics of each event. While Pooja worked on the Sangeet and Hindu Wedding, Tony took the lead on the White Wedding and Reception. Our planning and execution team worked together with the wedding couple to make sure everything is planned to perfect. Guests from 5 different countries attended the wedding. One popular fusion is Indian with Western – when vibrant and versatile India meets the elegant and classic west – the fusion is exotic and dynamic. Travel to destination is mostly paid by guests themselves. Cabs and taxis are easily available on hire at the airport to drop to wedding destination – Hua Hin (3hr drive), Pattaya (2hr drive) etc
Destination and Hotel
Popular destinations for fusion weddings are Hua Hin and Pattaya in Thailand. 5*/3* hotels offer exquisite facilities including sea view rooms, beach area as venue for function and variety of food and beverage to choose from.

Rooms
4*/5* hotel room cost starts from 4500 THB per night on double occupancy including breakfast.
(Tip: Few hotels also offer room upgrades at no additional cost)
Food & Soft Beverage

Soft Beverage: Starts at 400 THB Per person for 2 hours
Liquor
You can get your own liquor at a corkage price of 500 THB /bottle of wine and spirits. Hotels can also waive off the corkage charge in case you buy beer and soft beverages from them.
Beach venue rental
Hotels charge 25000 THB onwards per hour to hire their beach venue for functions. They can however cover this price, if you buy food and beverage from them.

Indiana & Western wedding cost in Thailand
Decorations for pre wedding or wedding function (Haldi/Mehndi/Sangeet/wedding) – including florals, structures, drapes, props shall cost: 150000 THB onwards per function.
Decorations for western ceremony, reception -including florals, structures, drapes, props shall cost: 100000 THB onwards per function.
Light and Sound – 50000 THB onwards per function
DJ with console – 15000 – 20000 THB onwards for 2-3hrs per function
MUA for bride – 20000 THB onwards per function
Photography & Videography – 100000 THB onwards per day
Other services like the Baraat, dhol players, priest for indian wedding, marriage officiant for western wedding, special effects like cold fire, fire works, fire shows etc are also available on as per actual price.
Wedding Planner
This service is an asset for your wedding. Hire a wedding planner who would sort everything for you on time and within your budget while you relax and enjoy your wedding.
Finally, Cost of an Indian destination wedding in Thailand shall start from 30L THB for 2nights including accommodation meals for 100 guests and all event services, whereas for Western destination wedding it will start from 20L THB.

Ajman the smallest emirate of the UAE could be every couple’s first choice when they know the cost of hosting a destination wedding there. As compared to Dubai, Abu Dhabi the cost of destination wedding in Ajman could be termed as cheap and flexible.
This post shall also elaborate on the cost of destination wedding near Dubai in Ajman Saray, Fairmont Ajman, Bahi Ajman Palace, Ajman Beach Hotels, alike premium venues.
So lets go on about describing the services and cost that makes Ajman more desirable wedding destination:
Travel
The nearest International airport to Ajman is Sharjah which is at 16Kms road distance. Dubai International airport is at 30Kms road distance .
Sharjah and Dubai can be easily accessed by any country around the world through airways. Regular flights operate from UK, USA, Canada, India.
Airport Transfer
The hotel you opt to stay with can arrange for your airport transfer, if you book that on priority.
You can also hire local vehicles like Taxi which may charge an average of AED 70 for one way or a Town car which may charge an average of AED 250 for one way.
ACCOMMODATION
Hotel room charges vary on tourism season and on weekdays and weekends.
Summers are very hot so from May to September months are low season. So the price of a room of a 5*/4* hotel can drop to AED 300

Hotel room charges are generally inclusive of breakfast and all taxes and few other compliments. But make sure to check your booking itinerary to confirm.

VENUE, FOOD & BEVERAGE
Ballroom, Lawn, Sand area at the beach are some of the venues a hotel offers for hosting wedding functions.
Generally a hotel puts a cap of minimum spend starting from AED 30K ( and upwards) per event for venue hire including food and soft beverage for 100 guests.
Menu price starts from AED 250 per person for choice of 6 starters, 2 soups, 6 main course and 5 desserts.
ALCOHOL
Hotels offer their own beverage list with charges and you may choose to buy liquor from the hotel. But it usually turns expensive so you may instead source your own liquor by paying an corkage fee to the hotel. Generally a hotel charges AED 120 (and upwards )per liquor bottle as corkage fee
Few hotels like Bahi Ajman Palace are dry hotels and do not allow liquor.
DECORATIONS FOR EVENTS
Hotels provide you with tables, chairs, basic linens, crockery and cutlery. You will have to arrange for event decorations with floral, drapes, props, structures etc. Decorations are a major part when you calculate the cost of destination wedding near Dubai, in these hotels of Ajman. For decorations you should keep aside AED 25K per event.
LIGHT SOUND, DJ & MEDIA PACKAGE
Decor lighting ,Ambient lighting, dance floor, DJ & PA system can come at a price of AED 10K per day

For a good make up artiste and hair stylist for bride expect to shell out AED 3000 upwards per function
PHOTOGRAPHY
2 Photographers 2 Videographers with edited pictures, album, teaser video, wedding film as deliverables shall cost AED 20K (upwards) per day.
WEDDING PLANNER
For detailed planning and coordination of your wedding an UAE based wedding planner may charge AED 50K (upwards). You may choose to hire your wedding planner from India instead to save costs.
So on an average, the cost of destination wedding in Ajman for 2 Nights with around 100 guests could be starting from AED 375K including basic services like accommodation, venue, food and soft beverage, decorations, light and sound, make up artiste, photography and wedding planner.

Recently, we have been getting inquiries on cruise destination wedding, so we decided to do a decent research and partnered with a luxury cruise line and here we are with this post on cruise destination wedding cost. This post is basically about organizing a wedding on a cruise sailing within the Indian subcontinent specifically, within Mumbai and Goa. This post shall deliver decent information about itinerary, services and most importantly cruise destination wedding cost!
You would anyways get know about the features of the cruise when you decide to host your wedding there, so we will not bore you with that now, instead our post shall focus on organizing the wedding on the cruise. So here we go…
BRIDAL PARTY & GUESTS
You may host an intimate wedding with 100 guests or an elaborate wedding with 1000 guests – the cruise line has the capacity to accommodate the guest number of your choice.
TRAVEL TO CRUISE
Cruise is parked at the Green Gate Port in Mumbai, India. So your guests from Mumbai can take a cab to the port and those who are traveling from other cities or abroad can arrive via airways to the CS International airport and take a cab to the port. Mumbai is well connected with other cities by railways too.
CRUISE ITINERARY
Presently we are sharing 2 types of itinerary, 2 nights and 3 nights respectively
MUMBAI -SEA – MUMBAI : This is a 2 night duration itinerary. Day 1: The ship starts boarding passengers from 3pm and the boarding continues till 8pm. The ship starts to sail at 9pm and is at the sea the whole night. So your guests may start checking in, enjoy lunch or snacking, explore the cruise and enjoy a pre wedding function hosted in the dine in theatre. Day 2: The ship is at the sea whole day and night. So you may choose to host your wedding function this day during lunch or dinner time or may also host an after party at a designated area. Day 3: The ship arrives at Mumbai at 8 am in the morning.
MUMBAI – GOA – MUMBAI: This is a 3 night duration itinerary. Day 1: The ship starts boarding passengers from 11am and the boarding continues till 6:30pm. The ship starts to sail at 8pm and is at the sea the whole night. So your guests may start checking in, enjoy lunch or snacking, explore the cruise and enjoy a pre wedding function hosted in the dine in theatre. Day 2: The ship arrives at Goa Mormugao at 12 noon, so you could have the whole day to your excursion in Goa before departing at 9:30pm in the night. Day 3: The ship is at the sea, so you may choose to have your wedding function during the lunch or dinner time.Day 3: The ship arrives at Mumbai at 6 am in the morning.
Please Note: The cruise reserves the right to change the itinerary duration, so you may have select your wedding dates accordingly.

Ocean view rooms, State rooms and Suites – you may choose from these category of rooms to accommodate your guests
FOOD & BEVERAGE
All day dining restaurants serving Pan Asian cuisine, from home style curries and breads to salads and soups, there’s food for every mood. ARTISTE SERVICES
Mehendi, Make up, Photography – The cruise offers few onboard artistes for these services. You may however get your own crew for these services.
